When you are divorcing you MUST divide up the assets and finances of the marriage. If you don't do this you can leave future issues for yourself.
This is not a quick, simple process and we recommend that you have our assistance with it, we have been dealing with such issues since 2011 and we are very experienced in these matters.

Negotiation to try and reach an agreed settlement without going to court
We always advocate trying to negotiate a division without the need to go to court.
We work in your best interests to try and reach agreement so that you avoid up to three court hearings.

If we have tried to negotiate but we can't reach agreement then we proceed to court
If we have tried to negotiate but we cannot reach an agreed settlement then we have to proceed to the court and seek a Judge to assist us. You then need to add the above fee to the fee you have already paid.. This is for the extra work that going to court entails.

Going directly to court without trying negotiation
Sometimes it is not possible to try and negotiate and so we must go straight to court.
The above fee is the payment to us for the work involved in completing all of the paperwork and assisting you throughout.
